Need some inspiration to reinvigorate your workout? Starting over after a prolonged pause? I can help you find an exercise plan that’s right for you.

Individual training session - $95/hr or $50/30 min

5 session-package - $450/hr or $240/30 min

10 session-package - $850 or $460/30 min

Initial Assessment

In order to provide you with a personalized training plan we will go over your health history, as well as your short and long term fitness goals.

Workout sessions

During every workout session I will highlight proper technique and possible modifications to the exercise plan, depending on time availability and energy level.

Personalized training plan

As you become more confident and proficient with your workout routine I will design a progressiv training plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Walk to Run 8-week Program

We’ll meet three times a week for 45-60 minute sessions for eight consecutive weeks. During this time we’ll progress from short run/walking intervals to a maximum of 35 minutes of running at a leisurely pace. Limited to 5 participants. $480 per individual. Flexible starting date. Please inquire.
