Backyard chat

We’ll get together once a month for a light snack and a beverage of choice to connect with like-minded individuals in our community to discuss topics from the monthly newsletter. Limited to 10 participants. $30/event/person

Group activity

Once a month we’ll head out for a fun group activity in the Eugene/Springfield area. Join us on a hike, bike ride or swim. Limited to 4 participants. Cost varies. Please inquire.

Food preparation

Would you like to modify your diet and increase your repertoire? Confused by the ever changing recommendations? We’ll learn the essentials of a balanced diet and collect new ideas to feed your body and soul. Limited to 6 participants. Cost varies. Please inquire.
