1-on-1 Coaching

3-Month Comprehensive Health Program

$1495 - 15 sessions at varying length.

We will meet 15 times for 1-on-1 coaching sessions over a three month period. Together we’ll find answers to your health questions. In our initial session of 60-90 minutes, we go over your health and lifestyle history and choose are area of interest to start with.

Twice weekly sessions

During the first four weeks of the 1-on-1 coaching sessions we’ll meet twice a week for 30 minutes. These sessions are designed to answer your questions and help you find daily and weekly routines.

Weekly meetings

As you become more confident in your new routines we’ll meet weekly for 45 minutes during the next four weeks. Depending on your health goals, we’ll work on any challenges or situations you’re facing as well as tips for how to stay engaged in your growth process.

Bi-weekly get-together

In this final month we’ll meet twice for an hour to reflect on your progress and accomplishments. If necessary, we’ll fine-tune any remaining issues and chart a course for future growth.

6-Month Accelerated Program

$1995 - 16 x 60 minute sessions

Change can be hard and sometimes we need help identifying where to start and how to proceed. Feel lonely, tired or overwhelmed? Want to be more active, but life is just too busy? Are you looking for inspiration to change your eating habits, but don’t like cooking? I can help you identify new solutions to old problems.

In this program we will meet weekly for two months (8 sessions) on reviewing current lifestyle choices and examining obstacles to your personal goals. After that we’ll meet bi-monthly for four months to solidify and fine tune new habits and routines to keep you moving in the desired direction.

12-Month Total Transformation

$2495 - 22 x 60 minute sessions

Want to take your health and fitness to a new level? Are you ready to commit to serious change?

In this program we will meet weekly for two months (8 sessions) on reviewing current lifestyle choices and examining obstacles to your personal goals. After that we’ll meet bi-monthly for four months to practice new habits. In the remaining six months we meet monthly to work on solidifying and fine tuning the new habits and routines to keep you moving in the desired direction.

Month-to-month

We will meet for 1-on-1 coaching sessions on an ongoing basis. Together we’ll find answers to your health questions. This program is available to former clients who want to continue their journey with me.

Weekly meetings

$450/month

As you become more confident in your new routines we’ll meet weekly for 60 minutes. Depending on your health goals, we’ll work on any challenges or situations you’re facing as well as tips for how to stay engaged in your growth process.

Bi-weekly call

$250/month

This program is designed to help you stay the course. We all struggle from time to time with motivatonal lows or unexpected situations that interfere with our established health routines. We meet every other week for 60 minutes to discuss anything that has come up.
